• Removal of deep-set stains or discolorations that require specialized treatment.
• Restoration of surfaces with significant staining or damage beyond standard
  cleaning capabilities.
• Cleaning of exterior surfaces such as roofs, gutters, and exterior walls.
• Outdoor landscaping or yard work.
• External window glass cleaning beyond access point
• Restoration or cleaning of antique or delicate items requiring specialized care.
• Cleaning of industrial or commercial-grade equipment not typically found in
  residential homes
• Organizing, sorting, or cleaning personal items such as clothing, books, or
  personal belongings.
• Handling or moving of valuable or irreplaceable items.
• Cleaning or servicing of computers, servers, and other electronic equipment.
• Data recovery or technical support services.
• Ongoing maintenance or regular cleaning services beyond the initial post-paint
  deep cleaning.
• Long-term janitorial or housekeeping services
